Accommodation / Course Fees: Accommodation fee/charges are not refundable in any condition, however, course fee can be refunded less €25 administration fee if you cancel your booking before 7 days of your course start date. See DCAS` refund policy
Hostel / Student Accommodation: Hostel / Student accommodation located in central Dublin. The accommodations are available for stays of a few weeks, the summer or semester. Our student hostel is conveniently located close to Temple Bar, O’Connell Street, Trinity College and more. They are within close walking distances of local shops, cafes, restaurants and nightlife. Host Family Accommodation: The Irish people are famous for their friendly welcome. By living with an Irish host family you will get to discover a new culture and practice your English. Host families are carefully inspected and approved by our representative. They travel to their homes, check the bedrooms and speak with the family to make sure they will be a good host. Through this, we are able to assure you a friendly and comfortable place to stay in Dublin and the best Irish experience. Please see our Accommodation page for pictures and more information.
Airport Transfer: DCAS offers students an airport pick-up and drop-off service. Students who wish to avail themselves of this service should book airport transfer when filling out the booking form, so that we can make the necessary arrangements. On arrival, students are welcomed by a College representative and accompanied to their respective accommodations. The charge for airport Pick-up/drop-off €25 each way. Students should note that there may be an extra charge for this service depending on the accommodation address.
DCAS Terms and Conditions
Smoking is strictly prohibited on the DCAS premises. Any student found guilty of not respecting this rule will be suspended or will face other disciplinary action.
Download of restricted material from the internet is prohibited.
Use of foul language and lack of respect towards members of staff may lead to disciplinary action and, in the most serious cases, it may lead to termination of this agreement.
Punctuality must be observed. Students who repeatedly attend their lectures late may be expelled from DCAS.
It is compulsory for students to sign their class attendance register 15 minutes before the end of each class period as evidence of attendance.
DCAS reserves the right to refuse or cancel a student’s application anytime without giving any reason.
All students have to comply with our policies and procedures.
